Job Description

• Prepare tender Assessment sheets considering the contractual aspects (GCC, SCC, and PCC).
• Attending Client / Consultant meetings (Pre-bid meetings) and collect market intelligence to best fit in the competitive market and analyze and prepare the competitors list.
• Evaluating the technical qualification and prepare proposals technical schedules (RFQ, RFP, EPC Contracts item rate) discussing with Business Development managers and internal departments.
• Obtaining Quotations for sub-contractors and materials insure that the company has accurate cost information to the estimation department.
• Compile the technical and financial proposal and insure the timely submission.
• Prepare competitive list of bidders submitted the tender and their discussion with client for qualified bidders
